Privacy and cookie policy
Effective from: 21.10.2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through plyty-mon.pl, why, on what legal basis, who receives it and what your rights are.
1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is GEO-SOL sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 28, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, NIP (VAT ID) PL5472230879, KRS 0000969049. Contact in data protection matters: biuro@geo-sol.eu, phone +48 789 148 539. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — we are not required to. Data protection matters are handled by the President of the Management Board.
2. Where your data comes from
- From you — when you send the form, write an email, call us, ask for a quote or place an order.
- From your employer — when you are the contact person of our customer, supplier or carrier.

4. Recipients
- our staff handling your matter;
- our accounting office and invoicing software (wFirma);
- providers of email (Microsoft 365), website hosting (vh.pl, servers in Poland) and newsletter sending (Kit);
- Google — website statistics (Google Analytics) and ads (Google Ads), only after your consent; fonts;
- Anthropic — artificial intelligence tools we use in office work (sales analysis, drafts of replies and quotes);
- carriers and suppliers — when goods go directly to your site, they receive the unloading address and the phone number of the person on site;
- banks, law firms and authorities — when needed for payments, claims or required by law.
Some of these companies operate outside the European Economic Area (USA: Google, Microsoft, Kit, Anthropic). Data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
5. How long we keep data
- Enquiry and customer contact details — as long as we sell the products you asked about, or until you object.
- Contract and invoices — 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline passed, longer if there is a dispute — until it ends.
- Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
- Website statistics — 2 months (Google Analytics setting).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability (when processing is based on a contract or consent),
- objection to processing based on our legitimate interest — for marketing, simply reply „NO” or write to biuro@geo-sol.eu,
- withdrawal of consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before,
- lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, or with the data protection authority in your country.
We answer requests within one month.
7. Is providing data required?
No. Without contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry, and without invoice data we cannot conclude a contract.
8. Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile you in a way that produces legal effects.
9. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) works similarly — we describe it here too.

Statistics and advertising — only after your consent. Until you click „Accept”, the website does not load Google tools and does not store these files.

Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google servers. Google sees your IP address but does not store cookies.
Changing your mind: use the „Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Each of our websites asks for consent separately. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
